Terms and Conditions

Legal

  • The client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Waggy Warehouse, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from (a) any act or omission of the client or their dog, (b) any injury or harm caused by the clients dog to other dogs, person or property, and (c) any breach of these terms and conditions by the client.

  • The client acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with group dog play and activities, and Waggy Warehouse is not liable for any injury or harm that may occur, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

  • Waggy Warehouse is not liable for any injuries or harm caused by one dog to another while in our care. The client acknowledges that despite all efforts to maintain a safe environment, injuries can occur during group play or interactions with other dogs. Any costs associated with veterinary care or other consequences resulting from such injuries are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • By using Waggy Warehouse services, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. The client also agrees to keep up to date with any changes made to these terms, which will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

  • The client agrees to use the Waggy Warehouse facilities in accordance with the posted rules and guidelines. Any damage caused by the client or their dog to the facilities may result in additional charges.

  • Waggy Warehouse is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.\

  • For security, Waggy Warehouse is equipped with cameras to ensure a safe environment for all dogs and employees, no video footage will be used or shared in any way unless legally required.

  • Client information will be stored securely and only used for the purpose of providing services at Waggy Warehouse. We do not share client information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

 

Bookings

  • Bookings are to be made online only via our website. Walk-ins are not allowed.

  • A registration form, which can be found on our website, must be filled in and emailed to Waggy Warehouse before we can conduct a meet and greet. The client agrees that all the information provided on this form is the truth.

  • Once a meet and greet has been conducted you will be giving personal log-in details to our booking system. It is your responsibility as the client to keep these details safe and under no circumstances disclose these details to a third party.

  • If it is to be found that log-in details have been disclosed to a third party this could result in your log-in details being revoked and your dog not being welcome at Waggy Warehouse.

Drop off and pick up

  • All dogs must be kept on a lead while walking to, entering, leaving and walking from the Waggy Warehouse centre.

  • Drop off and pick-ups are to be done strictly in our reception area. Clients are NOT allowed in the main center where the dogs play.

  • Stay and Play visitors can make their way to the café area once you have dropped your dog off at reception. When your session has finished you can make your way back to reception where your dog will be waiting for you.

  • No personal property is to be brought into the center with your dog other than their lead.

  • Waggy Warehouse will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal property brought into the centre.

Late Pick – Up Policy

  • Up to 15 minutes: A fee of $10 will be applied.

  • 16 to 30 minutes late: A fee of $20 will be applied.

  • 31 to 60 minutes late: A fee of $40 will be applied.

  • Over 60 minutes late: A fee of $50 will be applied, plus an additional $10 for every 15 minutes thereafter.

  • Late pick-up fees are non-negotiable and will be automatically added to your account. Repeated late pick-ups may result in the suspension of services at Waggy Warehouse.

 

Payment

  • Payment is to be made online at the time of booking via our secure online payment platform.

  • Items bought in our café or store are to be paid for at the time of purchase via our secure online payment platform or cash.

  • A late pick-up fee may apply for clients who do not collect their dogs within the designated pick-up times. Repeated late pick-ups may result in suspension of services.

  • All fees are non-refundable. However, credits may be applied to future bookings at the discretion of Waggy Warehouse, depending on the circumstances.

 

Cancellations

  • To ensure all dogs get the attention they deserve we have implemented the below cancellation policy.

  • For full day and half day plays We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancelations.

  • For 1 hour stay and plays we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelations.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No shows will result in a 100% no show fee.

Café Area

  • Dogs are strictly prohibited in the café area.

  • We ask that when in the café area you refrain from leaning/hanging over the fence to pat the dog(s).

  • Under no circumstances must food be passed through the fence to the dog(s).

  • All items in the café must be paid for at the time of purchase. We ask if you have bought your dog a treat that you wait until you are outside of the centre before you give it to them.

  • No food or drinks are allowed in the café area unless bought from Waggy Warehouse.

Dog(s)

  • Dogs must be desexed by the coming of age, exceptions can be made if the dog shows no aggressive or unfriendly behavior and remains neutral towards other dogs.

  • Females in season/heat are not permitted at Waggy Warehouse until their cycle has finished.

  • Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and show proof on time of booking.

  • Dogs must be friendly and show no aggression towards other dogs or humans.

  • Dogs must be well-socialized and capable of being in a group environment without exhibiting signs of severe anxiety or stress. If your dog is found to be disruptive or aggressive, Waggy Warehouse reserves the right to request immediate pick-up and may deny future services.

  • If a dog exhibits aggressive behaviour, Waggy Warehouse may immediately remove the dog from the group and contact the owner or emergency contact. Aggressive dogs may not be permitted to return.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to make Waggy Warehouse aware of any behavioral or aggressive problems your dog may have with other dogs or humans.

  • The client is solely responsible for any harm, injury or damage caused by their dog to other dogs, humans, or property whilst in our care.

  • Waggy Warehouse reserves the right to cancel any dog’s participation without explanation.

  • Waggy Warehouse reserves the right to reassess any dog’s behaviour periodically. Dogs that no longer meet the behavioural requirements may be refused future services.

  • Dogs must be up to date with their flea/tick/worming/vaccinations.

Dog(s) Health

  • The client agrees that all dogs accepted into our care are in good health. Waggy Warehouse is not liable for paralysis ticks, illness, injury, death, loss or damages of any kind while in our care.

  • If your dog requires medication while at Waggy Warehouse, please provide clear written instructions. Waggy Warehouse staff can administer medication as directed but are not liable for any adverse reactions or missed doses

  • When booking any session, you hereby agree that you the client authorizes Waggy Warehouse to seek emergency veterinary care for their dog if necessary. All veterinary care decisions will be made in the best interest of the dog's health and safety, and the client is responsible for any associated costs.

  • In the event of a contagious illness, your dog will be isolated from other dogs, and you or your emergency contact will be notified immediately for prompt pick-up. Waggy Warehouse reserves the right to refuse admission to any dog showing signs of illness.

  • It is your responsibility, the client, to keep your personal and dogs’ information up to date.

  • Clients must provide up-to-date emergency contact information and notify Waggy Warehouse immediately of any changes.

  • If anything changes with your dog’s medical health, you need to inform Waggy Warehouse as soon as possible.

  • Information regarding your dog’s health or behavior found not to be true may result in your dog not being welcome at Waggy Warehouse.

 

Social Media

  • Waggy Warehouse reserves the right to take photographs and videos of dogs for promotional purposes.

    If you do not wish for your dog’s image to be used, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.
